MSc in Industrial Engineering and Ph.D. in Technology Management from Chalmers University of Technology. He's fascinated by how teams collaborate, and make sense of their context together. He teaches organization and management at Halmstad University. His research digs into how individuals and teams can use objects, metaphors and visualizations to trigger useful communication about uncertain topics.
