What is a Jungle Workshop?

A Jungle Workshop is a hands-on innovation session where your team co-creates strategies instead of watching presentations. It helps teams move from ideas to real decisions through guided exercises, collaboration, and structured creativity.

How long does a Jungle Workshop take?

Lunch-lunch offsite- gives you the best possible prerequisite.

The format allows you to be able to stay focused and generate the best results.Full day workshop- on site och offsite- perhaps the most common arrangement.

Great results but also takes all of your energy.

There are other versions, a half day can be possible but then you need to focus on speciefic areas and really stay on topic all time.

We have run from 1–22 participants, and they all provide a very good experience.

But an optimal size is 3-8 persons, it creates a dynamic climate and still allows everyone to be invited/included.

If you run your company solo, for example board members or other stakholders can be invited.

Do you offer online workshops?

No. Startup Jungle sessions can be delivered only in-person.

How often should we do a Jungle workshop?

Our clients invests between 1-4 workshop / year.

If your transformation is bigger or more challanging, it takes more frequent intervals.

Also, the more uncertainty, the more frequent workshops are needed.

There are other aspects the affect, big changes internally or externally, new teammembers etc. Start with the first one and then we disuss the prequence later on!
